My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was not up to Ramada standards, and the rooms were a bit outdated and tired, with some maintenance issues that affected my comfort. However, the service was a mix of friendliness and rudeness, and the dining options were decent but lacked variety.

The hotel has a great location with a nice atmosphere and is close to everything we wanted to do that night. The rooms are spacious and clean, but could use updating. The service was prompt in moving us to a different room. The dining experience was excellent to start your day off, but the food could have been hotter. My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The room I stayed in, which happened to be handicap accessible, had a minor issue with the walk-in shower causing a puddle in the bathroom, but this was quickly resolved. One great perk was having our car picked up, which was very convenient while I was out.
